Controller, Motor and Rear Axle Data Buyers Should Confirm Before Quotation

The fastest parts quote starts with the data that decides compatibility: voltage, wattage, connectors, mounting points, brake format and labels.

RFQ Data

Similar appearance is not enough

Controllers, motors and rear axle parts often look close in photos, but small differences can decide whether the part fits. A controller may have the right wattage but the wrong connector. A motor may match the power requirement but use a different mounting size. A rear axle may look similar while using another brake format, shaft dimension or mounting position.

For export buyers, the risk is not only the unit price. The risk is ordering a part that cannot be installed by the local repair shop or does not match the vehicle system already in the market. One mismatched connector or one wrong brake format can turn an otherwise acceptable shipment into a service problem.

LVHANG checks RFQ data before quotation so the order can be packed around confirmed parts instead of assumptions. When the buyer sends the right information at the beginning, the quotation process becomes faster and the sample or bulk order has a much better chance of matching the real application.

Send clear label photos, connector photos and mounting dimensions together. One photo alone rarely gives enough information for an accurate replacement decision.

Electrical System

Controller data matters first

Voltage, wattage, connector layout and handle type should be checked before the controller is matched with a motor or vehicle family.

What to Send

Minimum data for the three key systems

This RFQ table gives buyers the minimum data LVHANG reviews for controller, motor and rear axle inquiries.

SystemData to confirmWhy it mattersUseful photos
ControllerVoltage, wattage, connector photos, label photo, motor match and handle typePrevents power and connector mismatchLabel, full controller body, every plug group, handle connection
MotorVoltage, power, shell style, mounting size, old label and target controllerKeeps the motor and controller matchedLabel, shaft side, mounting face, cable outlet
Rear axleBrake format, shaft size, mounting points, load use and photos from both sidesAvoids wrong axle and brake configurationLeft side, right side, brake detail, mounting bracket, full axle view

Photo Set

Photos that make quotation easier

Good photos reduce back-and-forth. They also help the supplier judge whether a compatible alternative can be offered when the exact model is not available.

01

Label and rating photos

For electrical parts, labels often carry voltage, wattage and model references. Even if the label is partly damaged, send it together with the full part photo.

02

Connector and cable photos

Connector layout can be different even when the controller rating is similar. Clear photos of every plug group are important for replacement matching.

03

Mounting and installation photos

For motors and rear axles, mounting faces, brackets, brake positions and shaft details decide whether the part can be installed without modification.

Review Path

How LVHANG reviews uncertain data

Identify the part system

The inquiry is first grouped by controller, motor, rear axle, brake, lighting, cabin electrical or chassis system. This keeps the RFQ organized.

Check the critical match points

Voltage, power, connectors, brake type, shaft size, mounting position and vehicle application are reviewed before a quotation is prepared.

Confirm exact or compatible direction

When an exact replacement is unclear, LVHANG can review whether a compatible alternative is suitable after sample or photo verification.

Separate sample and bulk decision

For uncertain replacement parts, a sample or small first batch is often safer than immediately ordering a large quantity.

Buyer Tip

Clarify uncertain data early

When voltage, power, mounting or connector type is uncertain, clear notes help LVHANG review photos more carefully and request only the measurements that matter before quoting.

Uncertainty at RFQ stage is normal. Uncertainty after a bulk shipment arrives is expensive.
