Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase contract or distributor appointment. Prices, payment terms, lead times, territorial arrangements, after-sales terms and export documentation are valid only when confirmed in writing by LVHANG or its authorized representatives.
Distributor Applications
Distributor territories, exclusivity, starter packages, warranty handling, spare-parts terms and local compliance responsibilities are subject to review and written agreement. LVHANG may decline or pause applications where market, service or compliance conditions are not yet suitable.
