Quality control isn’t a single inspection at the end of the line. It runs at three stages, each owned by different documentation and different sign-off criteria.
Per-batch inspection at receiving on the components feeding the line. The pre-qualification side — how a supplier becomes eligible to ship parts here in the first place — is the focus of How We Select Suppliers.
On-line checks during welding, painting, drivetrain and final assembly. Welding seams are inspected before the frame moves to paint; paint film thickness is checked before assembly; wiring continuity is verified before the body goes on. Problems caught here are cheaper to fix than problems caught at finished-product stage.
Every unit — not a sampled batch — runs through finished-product tests before container packing: load, brake, road, electrical safety. Each unit has a QC record signed off at this stage and accompanying the container on shipment.
Tests are graded against the model’s rated spec, not a one-size-fits-all standard — a tipper is tested against tipper criteria, a passenger cabin against passenger criteria.
Cargo and tipper models are loaded to the model’s rated payload and the chassis is checked for permanent deflection, frame straightness and any binding in the drivetrain under load. Passenger cabin models are tested with simulated passenger weight in the rated configuration. The pass criteria are the model-specific spec sheet figures — the same numbers that appear on the product page.
Vehicle is brought to the model’s rated speed and brakes are applied to confirm stopping distance is within spec under loaded condition. Brake balance (front-rear and side-side) is checked. Models with hydraulic vs. mechanical brake systems are tested against the spec for their system class.
Each finished unit runs a short test loop on the factory road circuit: acceleration, steering, braking, drivetrain response, lighting and indicator function. The road test is the integration check — it’s the test that catches problems the bench tests can miss.
Wiring continuity, insulation, battery pack integrity and charge / discharge function are verified. Lithium packs additionally carry the UN38.3 test summary required for sea-freight. Charger compatibility for the destination market voltage standard is confirmed at this stage.
“100% quality verification with full traceability” means a per-unit record — not a single batch certificate stapled to the container manifest.
Each unit ships with its own QC sign-off record: which tests ran, who signed off, any conditional notes. This is the document that travels with the vehicle, not a generic batch certificate.
Each container ships with a summary record covering: model mix, serial numbers, finished-product test pass record, packaging integrity check and the export documentation pack matched to the destination market.
Per-unit serial numbers map back to: the supplier batch the components came from, the production slot the vehicle was built in, and the QC operator who signed off finished-product tests. Useful for warranty work because root-cause tracing actually has a paper trail.
Vehicles fail finished-product QC. That’s the entire point of having a finished-product QC stage. What matters is what happens next.
Failed units leave the line and don’t ship. The QC log records the failure mode and the unit goes to rework or back to the responsible production station.
Failure mode is matched against in-process records to identify whether the issue is a one-off (single assembly error) or a pattern (component batch, line setup, design issue). Patterns trigger corrective action across the line, not just on the failed unit.

Yes — either independent third-party inspectors or your own staff. We’ll coordinate plant access, share the QC protocol in advance and let the inspector witness the finished-product stage on units from your order. Visa-letter support available; lead time depends on your travel window.
Per-unit QC sign-off records covering the finished-product test set (load, brake, road, electrical safety), the container-level QC summary, model serial numbers, packaging integrity check and the destination-market export documentation pack. The full inventory is confirmed at the quote stage so there are no surprises at customs.
No. Failed units stay at the plant for rework or are pulled from the order entirely. The remedy for the missing unit — rework and dispatch in the next slot, substitution from the same configuration, or adjustment against the order — is confirmed with the export team in writing before the container leaves the plant.
A factory quality certificate and a per-unit QC record answer different questions. The certificate answers “is the factory authorised to ship?” The per-unit record answers “was this vehicle tested, and what did the test find?” The QC documentation that ships with each container is the second — a per-unit test record signed off by an operator at a specific station, with full traceability back to the components, production slot and personnel involved.
