Replenishment
Most parts buyers do not need one single item
Tricycle parts buyers often need mixed cartons: rear axle parts, controllers, brake items, lights, switches, accelerators and cabin electrical components packed into one shipment. This is normal for distributors, repair networks and vehicle dealers building service stock.
A mixed order can be efficient, but only if it is organized. If parts are listed without system names, compatibility notes or carton details, the buyer may spend unnecessary time sorting the shipment after arrival. Worse, the team may not know which parts are ready for sale, which parts need sample confirmation, and which parts should be reserved for workshop use.
The key is to organize mixed parts by system instead of letting the shipment become a loose list. A clear packing list should show part name, quantity, carton count, gross weight and any compatibility notes that matter for repeat orders.
